Wedding Planning Timeline

Secure Your Wedding Date
First Deposit €1500 to Secure Wedding Date

Signing of Contract
Once the Wedding Package is chosen, I will put together you wedding contract and post it out to you as soon as it is ready. When you receive you contract in the mail, please sign both copies and return one back to myself so I can place this in your wedding file.

Schedule Menu Tasting
Menu Tasting usually take place 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day, either on a Tuesday or Wednesday at 5pm. I do request we meet an hour prior to your tasting as we will get the chance to going through your wedding planning.
Second Deposit Due
Second Deposit of €2000 is due 3 months prior to your wedding day. This payment can be made either through bank transfer or calling the hotel with your card details. Once the payment is paid you will will be emailed your deposit receipt.
Submit Menu Tasting Options
Please have your Menu Tasting Options in as soon you have decided or at the latest 2 weeks prior to your menu tasting.
Menu Tasting & Final Details Meeting
At your scheduled menu tasting you will be meeting me an hour prior as we will start going through your wedding details for the function sheet. The questions I will be asking at this meeting can be found on the Function Sheet Tab above. After this meeting, I will take you to your menu tasting where you will be trying the specially selected chef canapés, wine, trying the menu options you have selected to taste for your wedding menu and meet the head chef.
One of the floor managers will be going through everything with you during the meal. So if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask them.
Update of Guest Numbers
I will be reaching out either after RSVP date or a Month prior to your wedding day to get an update for the table flower order.
Rough Draft Table Plan
The rough draft plan is required 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. This is so I can inform my team about how many tables there will be, how many people will be at each, and scheduling staffing. Changes can be made after these two weeks, as this just gives me an idea what is needed for the set up team.
Final Details Run Through
This Final Details Run Through is a chance to reconfirm all the details of the wedding day. This is usually scheduled a week or two prior to your wedding. The run through can be either an arranged call, face to face meeting, or Zoom.
