NUMBERS:- How many invitations did you send out? When is your RSVP date? What are the approx. numbers of wedding guests attending?

SETUP of Top Table: How many people will be sitting at the Top Table? What Shape Top Table are you looking for (Straight ON Stage (max x13 guests) or OFF Stage/Oval/U-Shape/Horseshoe/ Rectangle)? 

SPEECHES: How many speeches will there be? When would you like these to take place? (Speeches can not be done between Soup and Mains)

CENTERPIECES: Will you be using the hotel's Candelabras & Flower Vases for your centerpieces? Will you be having a Top Table Flower Arrangement? 

FAVOURS:- Will you be doing favours for your tables? If yes, what?

CAKE TABLE LOCATION: Where would you like your cake table placed in the room? Next to the Top Table? Between the Ormsby Suite/Lounge? At your Drinks Reception?

CEREMONY: What time is your church ceremony or civil ceremony? Where is your ceremony taking place? Who is your celebrant?

FOOD:- 

Are there any vegetarians, vegans, or people with dietary restrictions attending your wedding? If yes, please list their name and what table they will be placed at.

CAKE SUPPLIER:- Are you having a cake? If yes, who will be making it? What time will they arrive to set it up? How many tiers? How much would you like to cut from the cake? All or little from each layer? Would you like to have some cake left over to take home with you when you?
